PAC disclaimer

Contributions to the PAC are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions will be used in connection with federal and/or state elections and are subject to the prohibitions and limitations of the Federal Election Campaign Act. You have the right to refuse to contribute without reprisal. You will neither be favored nor disadvantaged by reason of the amount of your contribution or your decision not to contribute. Federal law requires the PAC to use its best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
